Placing an order

Q: I am interested services/products of FDTN. How can I make a purchase or place an order?
You can either send us your order via email or via SMS. A payment invoice will be generated and sent to you within a week.

For Floral products, please SMS or email us with the following information:
– Preferred flowers/ colours/ budget
– Sender’s name, contact number
– Recipient’s name, contact number, delivery address
– Message to recipient for print
– Collection/ Delivery date (please give 3 working days in advance)

– Collection/ Delivery window: Select 1PM – 5PM or 6PM – 10PM

Delivery is charged at $15 – $30 per item, depending on size

For Decor Rental, please SMS or email us with the following information:
– Rental Dates
– Collection/ Delivery date (please give 3 working days in advance)

– Collection/ Delivery window: Select 1PM – 5PM or 6PM – 10PM

Delivery is charged at $15 – $30 per item, depending on size.

Q: Is my order secured once I received the invoice?
The items/dates are reserved for 48 hours upon the invoice is sent. To secure your order, kindly make payment within the 48-hour period. In the event that you are unable to make payment within this timeframe, please drop FDTN a line via SMS or email.

For Floral and decor, the order will only be processed after payment/down payment is received.

A balance payment is required upon the collection of items/completion of setup.

Q: I did not receive an invoice from FDTN.
To ensure that we don’t get filtered to your spam, add contact@fromdaytillnight.com to your contacts list. If our email hasn’t been redirected to your junk folder, please feel free to drop us an email right away at contact@fromdaytillnight.com. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with your invoice!

Q: Can I change or cancel my order thereafter?
Once a deposit is made and orders are confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you can make exchanges for other items of at least the same value (subjected to availability).


Q: What are the payment methods accepted by FDTN?
We accept the following payment methods:
– All major Credit Cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express via PayPal
– Internet Banking and ATM transfers from POSB, DBS, UOB and OCBC

Do take note though that we only accept Credit Card/PayPal transactions for amounts exceeding SGD$500.00. All transactions for amounts below SGD$500.00 must be processed via Internet Banking or ATM transfers.

Q: How long will it take to verify my payment?
Verification for all transactions will be done within 1-3 working days. You should receive your email confirmation within 1-3 working days thereafter.


Q: What shipping methods does FDTN offer?
For non-perishable items, we offer the following shipping methods:
– Normal Local Postage
– Registered Local Postage

For Floral & Decor, delivery is charged per item, depending on size.

Q: When will my order be mailed out?
Once payment has been received, an email will be sent to notify you when we have verified your payment and shipped your order successfully. This should take up to a maximum of 24 – 72 hours.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my parcel?
For Normal Postage, you should receive your parcel within 2 – 7 working days.

For Registered Postage, you should receive your parcel within 2 – 5 working days.

For Delivery, you should receive your parcel within the Delivery date & window stipulated.

Do take note though that these delivery timeframes represent an estimate and may vary accordingly/and depending on SingPost’s efficiency during public holidays and peak seasons.

Q: What is the difference between Normal and Registered Postage?
Normal Postage is non-trackable. Please note that FDTN is not responsible for lost Normal Postage although we will definitely work with you to submit a request and proceed with the necessary follow-up with SingPost to retrieve your parcel.

Registered Postage is an additional $2.24 on top of Normal Postage rates and a tracking number will be provided. Your parcel’s journey is fully trackable via SingPost’s Website.


Q: Does my item qualify for a return/exchange?
FDTN only accept returns for the following reasons:
a) An Incorrect Item*
b) A Defective Item

All returns must be received within 10 days from the day the parcel has been mailed and all items must be unused and in brand new condition (without any stains, fragrances, scents) or any form of disarray that warrants the item unsuitable for resale. We regret to inform you that we will not be able to accept items that do not meet these requirements.

Should you wish to proceed with a return, please feel free to contact FDTN via SMS or email with a photo of the defect. Further instructions will be given upon acceptance of return by FDTN.

For Floral, due to its perishable nature, they are non-refundable items and hence no refund and exchange will be allowed once delivery has been accepted.

For Decor Rentals, please check the items before signing acceptance. A security deposit per item is needed and will be refunded upon item returned in good condition.

*Should a specific variety not be available at the time of delivery, or if items are of unsuitable quality to send, we undertake to substitute a variety of similar colour or type and of an equal or greater value.
